By accessing or using Stay Strange, you accept these Terms. You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required where you live, and able to enter into this agreement. You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account.

You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant Stay Strange a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, display, distribute, and adapt your content only as needed to operate, promote, and improve the service. You must have the rights needed to share your content.

Do not use Stay Strange for spam, scraping, automated bots, reverse engineering, copyright infringement, illegal activity, harassment, impersonation, fraud, or any activity that harms users, systems, or the service. We may remove content, restrict features, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or create risk.

Stay Strange is provided as a public beta. Features may change, be unavailable, or contain errors. The service is provided as-is and as-available to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties and limit liability for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. You agree to indemnify Stay Strange for claims arising from your unlawful use or violation of these Terms.
